Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Disassemble the item if necessary and secure it in its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included to ensure safe transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Once your request is approved, our specialized furniture logistics partners will contact you to schedule a convenient window for curbside or white-glove pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
